Malaysia very famous for great food and unique. There are also a lot of traditional food in Malaysia, which has it's special recipe that has been passed down from generation and it's has own attraction to prepare of the food. There are various types of traditional foos according to race each in Malaysia such as Malay ethnic food, Chinese ethnic food and Indian ethnic food.
For malay ethnic food, we have ketupat, ulam, sambal belacan, rendang, nasi lemak and lemang and others. Ketupat usually served when muslim celebrated their Eid Mubarak and Aidil Adha. Ketupat is made by using a rice and coconut milk then wrap it in using palm leaves. Ketupat usually served with rendang. Then ulam is the most valuable is served with rendang. Then, ulam own properties when used as dietary habits. There are pucuk paku, ulam raja and many else.
Next, for chinese ethnic food, we have kuih bulan, kuih bakul and gongzi. Kuih bulan are often eaten during the Mid-Autemn Festival. Kuih bulan is made out of dough that is sweet and has a coop of lotus seed or read bean or with salty egg yolk in the middle. Kuih bakul is a chinese food made of glutinous rice flour shape like doves. beside that zongzi commonly served at celebrations tradition Duanwu or Dragon Boat. Festival which falls on the fifth lunar month.
Other than that, for Indian etnic food we have muruku, roti canai and tosai. Muruku usually served during Deepavali day. Muruku done from peanut flour and rice flour. Depends on the fans as the original or spicy chilli powder use. Tosai very rich in carbohydrates and protein tosai eaten with a variety of side dishes for example sambal, chutney of fruit, carrry chicken and others.
In conclusion, Malaysia is a country that rich of diversity of food. it will a lot of tourist to come and visit Malaysia. Indirectly attract Malaysian economy will grow and raise Malaysia name in international arena. The variety of traditional Malaysia food will be known to the public from the other country.
